I have a broad knowledge of PC Desktop and Network Operating Systems as well as PC hardware. I enjoy challenging projects with lots of variety, especially those that utilize my above average trouble-shooting skills. My communications and people skills are excellent, allowing me to work effectively with clients and fellow employees.

Computer Skills

Hardware: IBM/Intel compatible workstations and servers, Macintosh. Cisco and other brands of routers and switches.

Operating Systems: Novell Netware 3.x, 4.x, and 5.x, including NDS design and implementation. Windows NT 4.0 Server and Workstation, Windows 2000, Windows 95/98 and Me, all versions of DOS, OS/2, as well as some knowledge of UNIX, and the Apple OS.

Software: MS Office, WordPerfect, Paradox, and a variety of smaller PC packages, especially trouble-shooting and network management utilities.

Certifications: Novell Certified Netware Administrator (CNA), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), IBM Certified SchoolVista Integrator, HP Star NetServer Technical Professional (NTP) and HP Star Networking Connectivity Professional (NCP).
